Pepper the Garden - Chipotle. Each box makes 4 cups - enough for a party!
Pepper the Garden as a dip: 2 Tbsp Dry dip mix, 1 Cup Sour Cream, Mix together and refrigerate as least 1 hour so that the vegetables can re-hydrate themselves.
Great on veggies or with tortilla chips.
As a Fresh Salsa: 1 Can chopped tomatoes or 4-5 very ripe tomatoes, 3-4 Tbsp dry mix, a couple of drops of hot sauce if you want, mix together and chill for at least 1 hour. This lets the vegetables re-hydrate themselves. Use as you would any salsa.
As Taco Salad Dressing: 3 Tbsp dry mix, 1/2 Cup Sour Cream, 1/2 Cup Yogurt or Buttermilk, shake or mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Use as you would for taco salad.
Pepper the Garden is great as a seasoning with Enchiladas, Tacos, Burritos, or any Mexican casserole. Season to taste, starting with 1 Tbsp to a pound of hamburger.
Try in Chili Con Queso, it's great!
