Fresh and Festive - A Dip: 2 Tbsp of Fresh and Festive, 1/2 Cup Sour Cream, 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise, mix well and refrigerate for at least one hour. To serve, hollow out a red cabbage and serve. Or take the leaves of an Artichoke and line a bowl, place the dip inside this. Makes a great dip for veggies, crackers and especially for Artichokes.
This Dip makes a great Holiday Dip because of the festive color. May be served in a Red Bell Pepper for color.
Add Spinach (chopped and frozen) to the above dip and have a Spinach Dip. Serve in a hollowed out rye round bread loaf.
Fresh and Festive Salad Dressing: 3 Tbsp Fresh and Festive, 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise, 1/2 Cup Sour Cream, 1 Cup Buttermilk, mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Longer if possible. Use as a dressing over your favorite Lettuce salad. Stir spices well before measuring. |
